Fiesta Ford

I dealt directly with Greg Brown, one of the managers, and I have to say that he runs a tight ship. He is direct, respectful, professional, and we ended up with a deal that both parties were very satisfied with. Couldn't ask for more. It's such a breath of fresh air that you can still do business with a handshake.

I was returning to AZ from Los Angeles, and at a stop at a gas station in Moreno Valley CA, large sections of my electrical system shut down. I called the nearest Ford dealer in Corona CA, and they were completely unhelpful (no appointments/no assistance). The truck was drivable, without power windows in front or climate controls, etc. We attempted a stressful drive home anyway, until we passed Fiesta Ford in Indio. I pulled in and talked to Raymond Gamboa, who immediately comforted and calmed us. In hearing the problems, he advised that there were several paths that could be difficult to diagnose, but he said there were a couple easy tries first. He borrowed a service tech off a longer job, to measure the battery level, which showed a very weak condition. Raymond warned that it wasn't a sure thing, but I agreed to buy the battery regardless. Unfortunately, the required replacement was not in shop. Raymond called around and found a new one on a remote service truck, and requested delivery asap. It took a while to arrive, and Raymond gave us updates and positive vibes. When the battery arrived, he again redirected a tech to change right away. The was rejoicing from many of the staff when all systems started working again. I would describe the experience as having a very skilled doctor in attendance, who also had a wonderful bedside manner. I'd like to mention that during our wait, we overheard a few conversions from the other service folks solving problems in a similar manner. What a dealership! We had a very enjoyable drive home. Not only did this experience cement my trust in Ford, I would seriously consider a short trip to Indio when I have need to shop for my next Ford. I hope Raymond is extremely successful with his career there.
