Unicars Honda

For about two weeks I was having an issue getting my new CR V Hybrid sync'd up to my phone. My salesman Daniel and his colleague (whose name I cannot remember, for which I apologize because he was great as well) tried to fix my isssue. I could get my cell sync'd with the car and then it would constantly disconnect itself. It was suggested that I go to the service department where they could devote a very large amount of time and expertise to my problem. I did so but it appeared that I was still suffering the same issue. I dealt with a service rep there, Mike Smith, who tried evrything in the book but the problem still persisted. Mike finally came up the idea of trying other Apple phones and we discoverted the issue was with my phone and not the car. Mike was fantastic, he listened to me patiently and handled my case with professionalism and used great deductive methods. Whether he likes it or not, from now on, when I need service on my Honda I will be asking for him. Sorry Mike

10/10 experience. Would recommend going to do any type of service or maintenance!
